My Story
Throughout my career, what has brought me the most joy is making meaningful contact with others.
As a life-long educator, Gestalt practitioner and curriculum designer, I've developed a unique approach: meeting individuals where they are and helping them navigate new normals. I've come to realize that the people who tend to support everyone else often need support themselves, from someone who can provide confidential space to explore what's truly important and assist in creating concrete steps to achieve desired outcomes.
My approach uses Gestalt methodology to build awareness and allow for exploration of what's most important in the present moment. I specialize in supporting motivated individuals through periods of transition, focusing on turning their gained awareness into intentional action.
Together, we'll maximize what you do best while developing the wisdom to ask for help where needed.
